  I ordered metal for a roof through Parker. There were a couple of hiccups, due mainly to living on a narrow winding road and the usual delivery guy not being comfortable with parking and unloading because of it. Johnathan and the rest at Parker adjusted quickly, finding a trailer and sending someone from the office to deliver the load instead. Parker really tried hard to make this as smooth and timely as possible, even though I'm sure I was a pretty small job compared to most of their work.
